Dr. Ronald Wright Jr. opened his Middle Tennessee endodontic practice in 2002. His experienced team provides the most recent scientific approaches to endodontic therapy and pain management with cutting-edge technology and sterilization techniques.
As an endodontist, Dr. Wright specializes in all phases of both surgical and nonsurgical endodontic (root canal) therapies. He is trained to handle both simple and complicated cases, and he is comfortable treating both children and adults.
Tennessee Endodontics recognizes that cutting-edge technology allows us to treat our patients with a high rate of success in a more efficient manner. We use state-of-the-art operating microscopes for all of our cases, and we prioritize digital technology throughout our office. Dr. Ronald Wright, Jr
Dr. Wright comes from a family of dental healthcare providers. His father is a restorative dentist in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and his mother is a retired dental hygienist. He grew up in Oak Ridge and attended the University of Tennessee.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 from the University of Tennessee, he completed advanced training in endodontics at the University of Maryland in 1999. Dr. Wright served as assistant clinical professor at the University of Maryland while completing endodontic coursework and obtaining a Master of Science in Oral Biology. He then practiced in Plano, Texas, while serving as a part-time faculty member at the Baylor College of Dentistry before opening his practice in Brentwood, Tennessee, in 2002.
He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Tennessee Academy of Endodontists, Southern Endodontic Study Group, American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Society, Millennium Study Club and the Governor’s Study Club.
Dr Wright, his wife Margaret, and their three children enjoy an active rural lifestyle. Outside the office he can be found spending time with his family on their small horse farm. Dr. Wright and his family attend Grace Chapel Church in Leipers Fork.
